Customer Success Manager

We are looking for a skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team and ensure our clients achieve their goals.

Remote Full-time, contractor Available till: January 1, 2027 USD $30.00 - $40.00 / hour associate degree

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to help our customers succeed by building strong relationships and guiding product adoption. You will act as the voice of the customer and ensure that they achieve maximum value from our products.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard and support customers throughout their journey.
  • Identify opportunities for customer growth and expansion.
  • Advocate for customer needs internally and communicate feedback to product and engineering teams.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address potential issues.
  • Conduct training sessions, webinars, and product demos as needed.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain complex software products.
  • Experience in customer onboarding, training, and relationship management.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking customer metrics.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with CRM and customer success tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight, etc.).
  • Experience in SaaS or technology product companies.
  • Knowledge of customer lifecycle management and retention strategies.
  • Ability to create process improvements that enhance the customer experience.
